First off to give credit where credit is due, without question, even a recommendation: “From a Book Entitled, Choosing Civility by P.M. Forni called The Twenty-Five Rules of Considerate Conduct is my inspiration for this post!  All words belong to P.M. Forni and St. Martin’s Griffin

*When we speak of others in a derogitory manner we hurt them.  We always hurt their reputation, and we can also hurt their feelings should our words reach them.

*It is cowardly to attack those who are not present.  They cannot defend themselves and the attacker can get away with misrepresentations, exaggerations, and outright lies.

*As we speak ill of others we can make those who are listening to us uncomfortable or even angry.  One doesn’t have to be the target of unkind words to be offended and hurt by them.

*What are we to do when someone speaks ill of others in our presence?

Again: “Choosing Civility by P.M. Forni entitled The Twenty-Five Rules of Considerate Conduct

Recently this has been on my mind, comments whatever they may be are welcomed, so long constructive or such towards myself and no doubt P.M. Forni on Choosing Civility (Great Book).  Always appreciative of support, as I know the plethora of authors in existence are thus so…  Hats off to all literature and art, whether A to Z…

I loved your message about how not to hurt orthers, speak behind their back. We should always encourage, in a living way to help our fellow men love one another as Christ loves us,

    Love Mom
